I am 19 years old alr. Hello brand new year in my life. A dozen more to go.

Birthday this year was kinda simple. Simple in a good way. Simple yet wholesome. Hanging out with friends, thinking about nothing, spreeing at sales and not feeling guilty, laughing at an idiotic comedy (.....Zohan). Even though womanly problems got the better of me at the end of the day, I still think the day was well spent.

Everyday in my life is well spent, cause it is afterall, one precious day of my life. I guess I should stop thinking about what is life and who defines it. Sometimes, the more I want Answers, the more confused I get. Perhaps all my questions will be answered when the journey of my life ends. But right now, I still donkey years to the end of it. I will leave questions behind and just be happy that I wake up and go to sleep everyday.

I still have to complete my uni life, get employed in the real working world, share a bed with my husband, (I'm not sure about kids though), become a billionare, own a yacht, buy an island, spree at Gucci, LV, Prada.., retire and travel around the world, then I will die with my husband.

Okay, when I looked back at that timeline, I realised I better start working hard. Perhaps a simple life would be good too. =/

My life right now is great, I should learn to appreciate it.

A Big thank you to the people who rmbed my birthday. Its amazing to receive wishes from friends from different phrases of my life. There's the secondary school buddies, the JC classmates and Y-clique and my ex-colleagues of YMCA. I'm really touched. Despite the fact that friends from the 1st level (sec sch) has reduced, I'm glad to know that I've been gaining alot of new friends too. THANK YOU ALL! My life has been made so much happier with you guys.

Thank you Samuel. I'm sorry for all the shit I've given you. =/

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME!

Thanks to YMCA folks who surprised me a really nice banana (I think) chocolate cake. =)) I was really REALLY surprised. SO surprised that I think I looked stooooopid. I was shocked when Kelvin swung the meeting room door and I was like "Kelvin is going for Nature Walk too?" But before I could complete my qn, BOOM! The bday song. Hahaha.
It was sweet, cake and all. Even though Yew Chong put cake on my face and hair. Even though Shawn (the person beside me in the photo above) criticised my complexion by telling me "did you know strawberries are gd for your complexion?" Even though my candle had no flame. Even though Eric couldnt make it on time and Cheryl wasnt there. I love the whole surprise.
YMCA is indeed the place I can run to when my days are down.

THIS close to Nature.

Y Nature Walk recee with Eileen, Hui Xin, Shawn, Taffy, Hans, Yiwei today. I think I laughed so loud today that I scared all the wildlife away. My throat feels weird alr. But I wouldnt mind laughing all over again. Shawn's kungfu when he was trying to stand up today was SUPER DUPER funny. I always thought Shawn was only capable of literary humor. His physical sense of humor is AMAZING. Hahahaha. The thought of what he did can make me laugh again and again. Okay, Yiwei and Hans can work together and make me laugh like a firecracker too. Today's walk is really great.

I WANT A HAIRCUT!!
I NEED A HAIRCUT!!
I LONG FOR A HAIRCUT!!
I YEARN FOR A HAIRCUT!!
I MUST GET A HAIRCUT!!

Should I? I want straight shoulder length hair. Or should I get the not-so-bob bob with fringe? SO lets do a vote:

1. Should the back of my hair be a bob or a straight cut?
2. Should I have long fringe or should I cut it short?

Help me decide. This haircut will stay with me as my 1st impression to my new school. So it better be nice. Hahah. I dont want to enter school with ugly hair. Hair is super important to me.

Oh and I will dye my hair. But not yet, dont want to have the ugly black roots peeping through my dyed hair. Should I dye it RED red? Like damn obvious bright red. Not the one that I previously had which has faded into dead brown now. Makes me feel like a withering autumn tree now. How hideous.

And gawd, I'm so in the mood to revamp my closet. But I dont really know whats the trend I'm dying for now. I feel like getting flirty colourful dresses but on the other hand I feel like getting smart tops to match well when tucked into my shorts. Oh I want that killer belt but how sad, it only exists in my head. I cant find one in reality. ARGH.

Okay, in conclusion, I want many new dresses and many beautiful tops. Actually, I have a fetist for statement shoes now. AH. Would someone stop me?

Cheryl and I

Department lunch ytd.

Drawn by Jon.

Its my last day of work. But I'm not going to start the typical last-day-of-work-miss-everybody entry, because, I WILL ALWAYS BE WITH YMCA. Yes, seriously. I will be coming back next week for a recee for the next Y Nature Walk. Just that, I dont get paid anymore.

My week was amazing. Monday was work then Y Movie Escapade at Vivo. First time at a movie premiere for Get Smart. Many celebrities went. Zoe Tay was there too.

Off on Tues and went shopping with my Mum and Sis. Bought quite a no of stuff.

Wed was work and supposedly movie night with Aud. Can everyone stop watching Sex In The City? Its my time to watch it! Gawd, tickets were sold out at cine. But we went shopping instead. The shopping scene at town is getting dry. Even topshop was able to tempt us! BORING. Starbucks was way more interesting. Miss those starbucking sessions with Audrey. =) We will have alot more when you are done with work!!

We came up with a conclusion that we have only 10 close friends each. I'm quite alright with it though. If I cant get more friends, I will try to strengthen my current friendships. SO now that work's over, PEOPLE! DATE ME.

Audrey, I'm so gonna start a list of what we can do together to make the last month of hols more worthwhile. HAHHHA. Be prepared.

I think I'm feeling the peak of our relationship again. The time when I feel so loved that I can float away like a bubble. As light as a bubble, as colourful as a bubble, as magical as a bubble. I can dance on rainbows, and sleep on clouds. I can strum my harp in the sky, and sing love songs all day. I can hug the air and make it feel like cushions.
I AM GAY! Made gay by Samuel. =)

Locker key tan line. The new trend.

This is how matured Samuel is. HAHHA

Yesterday was one of the most important days yearly. It's SAMUEL's BIRTHDAY! =) HAPPPPY BIRTHDAY BABY! (Pardon me) Its rarely that when you celebrate someone else's birthday but it feels like its your birthday too. Seriously, I had so much fun yesterday and it really feels like my birthday instead. Hahaha. Time is passing so quickly, it feels like it was last week when we celebrated our birthdays together at our own bbq party. Time passes so quickly and Samuel's older than me all over again. Time passes so quickly, it will soon be our 4th anniversary. Gawd, thats how long we've been together. How......sweet. HAHAHAH.

Before I mass blog about Japan, I will blog about how fun it was yesterday. Seriously, can someone provide me with another vocab besides 'fun'?

Woke up bright and early to have breakfast, headed to Sentosa to realise how freaking hot it was there. The Sun must be playing tricks with me, knowing that I'm so not a outdoor activities person. But as the day went on, I was actually enjoying my tan. The Sun was so blazing that when I took the locker key band off my arm, the tan line was so visible. It is still on now, like a tattoo.

After tanning and soaking up the sun, it was cycling next. Oh and caution! Sentosa is filled with NS guys who just pop-ed. And dont be surprised if someone who doesnt look familiar at all says hi to you, it is just your friend who is bald.

As Samuel became a big boy ytd, we did what big boys do. HAHAHA. We went to Cafe Del Mar and loserly ordered 1 drink and a basket of fries. I didnt want to go home drunk.
Okay, how simple the day sounds but sometimes simplicity works best. I realised how I dont need shopping and I dont need Samuel to dress smart to make me happy, suffering the heat and hugging a very sweaty Samuel can be enjoyable as well.
Happy Birthday Dear! I hope you enjoyed ytd as much as I did. Hope you like the presents I bought for you as well. Thanks for being there for me all the time. LOVE YOU! =D Dont want you to go to China =(

To all those who've missed me, I'M BACK!!

Be prepared to be bombarded by gazillion photos and nonstop blabbering of my trip here. =D It was great to be able to travel to a faraway place, leaving everything behind, letting time pause. Of course, if Samuel was there, I guess all things would be 2x funner. Going far away makes me realise how different countries can get despite all of us being on Earth. The world may have become a smaller place thanks to media and technological influences but seriously, its only when you travel and be in that foreign land, then you will realise this is not a small world afterall.

Fashion at Japan is woohoo! Layering is no joke and boots are certainly meant for walking. Stockings are necessities and hair is an accessory itself. Despite trying my best to pack the most beautiful clothes from my collection, I ended up still feeling under dressed there. Right now, I'm aspired to head to Osaka for like 2 days just to shop and empty my savings.

Oh and if I live in Japan, I will get myself a super cute bicycle. I really wonder how they can cycle around in skirts and still look oh-so-glamourous. If I do that in Singapore, I will be sweating like a whild boar and end up looking even uglier.

Okay, still tuned for photos.

Bye Bye Singapore for 8 days.

I will MISSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS Samuel like a wuss. Hahahaa. But the past 2 days have prepared me enough for the 8 days. Samuel came over to stay on Saturday. =) Potato salad was LOVE and to Samuel: YEAH I fell asleep earlier than you this time round!

I love Samuel more than anything in my life. What a loser and proud to be one.

I hope the GSS waits for me, all the small sizes at the shops must wait for me. I dont want to miss out!!

Okay, I've got nothing much to say actually. Everyone, have fun when I'm away, especially Samuel, so time will pass faster for him.
