This is not what I intended
I always swore to you i'd never fall apart
You always thought that I was stronger
I may of failed
But I have loved you from the start.

Desire.

Poor Khar.

Wang and I

Pau and Yl

Threesome!

Jonathan with his weapon and the dead housefly.

Cheryl's rainbow~

Cheryl, my office neighbour.

YEAH FINALLY! PHOTOS!

Sat: Law test in the morn w Yishan, Libing, Andrew. Then met up with Khar and Tiying for TCC, and soon Yiliang and Pauline came too. (Check out my shiny black desire above.)

Ytd: Random photos at the office and Dinner with Aud at Fish n co. Crazy woman, who was late for 1hr+.

I cant wait for Thurs. I'm going on a date. =D After learning that both Jonathan and Cheryl (my fun loving colleagues) have their other halves overseas, I realised how lucky I was to have Samuel so near me.

And I'm really thankful to have super cute friends at YMCA. Almost everyone went to get their Free Cone at B&J during lunch. I got my strawberry cheesecake. =D We actually went to queue for it despite the super long queue that dragged on from the 2nd level to the 3rd level. But it was worth it!! Esp with the terribly hot weather today.

It was seriously so hot, I thought I was going to get a heat stroke and collapse dead. I had icecream, yogurt w nata de coco, iced water, but I was still feeling super warm. Hope the weather will be cooler tml. =((((

In my dark grey world of boredom now, I look forward to the next few days...

Finally some quality time with Khar and Ty tml. After like sooo long of us planning to meet up, finally, 3 of us is free tml afternn. We will discuss plans to make it BIG. HAHAHAH! Oh and I realised there are no photos of the 3 of us looking good in uniform. HOW COME!

Then on Monday, I will finally, like FINALLY, meet Audrey. YEAH Dressing up and eating delightful food with LOVE. Now guess where we are going. =/

Im so going to take a gazillion photos tml and e next day. Where did all the cam whoring go? With no photos, there will be no memories for a forgetful person like me. So please, remind me to take photos.

One day, I will leave the house, filled with hope, filled with happiness that I have a place meant for me in this world. Hello future!

ByeBye Law at NUS..

HELLLOCOMSTUDIESATNTU!!

Law Interview was a total screw up today. The male interviewer was really nice and agreeable but the female one was scary. The look on her face was out to kill me; those daggers she shoots with her stares. And guess what, the qn they asked me was about Mas Selamat. Yup, him again.

But I should be thankful that at least I knew what they were talking about.

The worst interview ever.

No worries, now I couldnt care less about it cause.....
NTU HAS CHOSEN ME. =DD YEAH!!! ANd what makes it even better is that...
NTU HAS CHOSEN AUDREY TOO!! DOUBLE YEAHHH!!! =DD

Okay, mmm, what now? Endless shopping? HAHAHHAHAH!! And time to buy beautiful stuff to decorate the room. Time to choose a nice steamboat. HAHAH! And of course, think of a way to pack as many clothes/bags/shoes/accessories there with me. Now, I've become so shallow but WHO CARES? Hahahaha.

But still, living at the hostel, far away from home, far away from Samuel will be a brand new experience for me. No more comfort zone. And my semester begins when Samuel's really FAR AWAY at CHINA. =(((( Till now, I still dream about how nice it will be if he was in the same school as me, with the same goals in life. But of course, I will continue squeezing all my time out for him. Maybe I will kick Audrey out of the room one day for him. HAHAHAHAHHAH!!! Okay this is funny.

Dinner was great with Samuel today even though it was just for less than an hour. Then I waited for him for 2 hours, and he fetched me home. What a sad loving couple. =// Nonetheless, it was still good to be able to see him. =DD

Gone is the view from the backseat.

I guess its just time for me to grow up. No more whining and fussing over small stuff. Maybe its good that Samuel is really busy now, practically no time to breathe, let alone go out to pamper me. I knew this will happen, but Man can never be fully prepared for a storm. I may have learnt the consequences of a bad storm, but when it strikes, it will dawn unto me that I have yet to learn how to deal with it.
No one can be fully 'learnt' so yes, I will take it from here. A new phrase of the relationship I just have to cope with. (Of course, Samuel has to cope with it too. Less of me means less fun and less love. HAHA.) (And I actually said its time to grow up, I'm still behaving like a bloody kid!)
Back again, in this tough and shaky period of our relationship its like break it or make it. I've learnt not to try so hard, the harder you try, the more likely is the break. Just take things slowly, take things one step at a time. I will have to try my hardest not to pester Samuel. I have to depend on the Love I receive through the telephone and not expect to see him all the time. Bye sense of Touch.
Its not just Samuel who is busy, I have work and a scary interview to prepare for. (I'm not really preparing though. Sigh!) As I go for interviews, the feeling of me proceeding to a different stage without Samuel sets in again. I just got to be double-ly brave and face it on my own like an adult. Shrugs. Why do I have to be forced to grow up?
Work is getting more and more fun though. Thanks to the new staff and the intern. Both of them are really sweet people. =) I like sitting outside with them. We have hot new plasma screens and nice soft keyboard buttons. I'm starting to love my job, minus the early morning squeezing on the train and minus the less time for going out. All in all, its good and I shouldnt ask for more. Im actually excited to go back to work on Friday and make salad with Cheryl at the Home. Heh.

Okay there's a serious lack of photos here. No photos means no F.

FUN. HAHAHA. I know Ty the dirty old man will think of sth else.

Yes, I am currently doing absolutely nothing useful. I was supposed to study about politics and ground breaking issues to flaunt my knowledge on Fri's interview. However, my brain is kinda rusty alr, its storage space has shrunk ridiculously. I cant rmb anything for nuts.

I am taking things easy. This Fri's LAW at NUS interview? I will just show them who I am.

"what do you think about the political system in Singapore?"
"Erh, no comments. The wall has ears, I dont want to get caught by the govt."

HAHAH. Okay Im really just wasting my time here.

Please ignore this entire post cause I really just typing nonsense to myself.

Just when I typed the word nonsense, Britney Spears started singing "Piece of me" on 98.7. Hahaha Great timing.

Oh if the NUS interviewers arent nice, I will sing this song to them. =/

Hectic (WORKING) lifestyle. Im left with so little time to go out and have fun. How depressing.

But, I still get to catch up with nice people who come and have lunch with me. Hahaha. That very cherished 1 hour. And yes, my eating speed has improved.

Y outing led by me yesterday was GREAT. I'm so thankful to have such nice volunteers there with me. The people from Mensas were actually very friendly and arent like the sterotypical high IQ people. They were just like everyone else. Honestly, most have high EQs too. Amazing. Khar! You want me to intro any? HHAHAHH!!

Yiliang and Josepf were just as great. Without their help, I wont be able to conduct the whole program so smoothly. =))

And its so sweet that after the whole prog, I received smses of thanks from them. Josepf was especially motivating.
---------------------

After the morning at ACJC, I went to meet Samuel for a DATE. Hahahah. We caught a super lousy movie, Doomsday. The name of the show sounds thrilling and horrifying right? Actual fact, NOT. Unless you are looking for a movie that smashes alot of movies together into one, this is what you would LOVE to watch.

The movie has no plot, no purpose, and loads of unnecessary gore. Knowing me, you should know that to me, gore with meaning makes the show a beautiful one. BUT, this movie is violent and bloody for the sake of it. How shallow. If you are an Ah Beng, you would enjoy it.

So mix in Resident Evil, Harry Potter, LOTR, Tomb Raider, James Bond, Gladiator, King Arthur and a bunch of Wild tribal rockers, you get Doomsday. Oh and if you love watching car ads, you get a full 15mins of watching a black car zooming around. (Okay, thank gawd the car was indeed Hot.) OH and basically, the whole show was about one woman having super good fighting skills killing people. (Thank gawd again, at least she was Hot.)

Not to lower the show's ratings further but the start of the show was really boring. There was actually a Narrator for quite a while in the intro. How *yawn* Boring, with a capital letter B. Hahaha. I fell aslp for a little while until Samuel realised I was too comfortable on his shoulder and decided to move abit. =/

WARNING: DONT WATCH DOOMSDAY.

Tomorrow is monday. =(

Lots of stuff to blog about.

Firstly, THANKS so much to the Yreading people for making the prog a successful one. Felt so sad and guilty for not being about to go down. I miss Yreading so badly then BOOM! News that I have an interview at 9am on Sat.

Next, on the interview/test. I've screwed up the first part of the test, MCQ current affairs qn. 10 qns but I know none of them. All the names of the politicians were staring at me and all I could do was choose an option blindly. Estimated score for the MCQ test- ZERO. But however, the 2nd part of the test was quite alright. Its like a mini case study/ date response qn/ comprehension/ prose. I should be a pro at it alr after doing Econs, Geog, Lit, GP at JC. Should be fine.

Interview was weird. After introducing ourselves, the prof asked us to ask him qns if not the interview was done. =S SO FAST!?!? If I've known, I would have spit more stuff about myself during the introduction. I've not talked about Art, Debate, Voluntary Work, My excellent character. HAHAHA. DAMN. I shld have asked more qns too. =(

Oh well, all in all, its either I'm in for sure, or I'm out alr.

Next, met up with YMCA folks for Carls Junior Lunch. Then slept at the members lounge. Then dinner at Citylink's Asian Kitchen (is it?).

After which, met up with Aud and gang. Chilled at Harry's, irony of all, I wasnt chilled. After drink half a glass of my slightly alcoholic drink, I kinda got super red/hot. I was still sober though. Headache set in. Then on the way home in the cab, I still felt okay but the taxi driver sure sped very quickly. Giddiness set in. When I entered the lift, I started feeling PUKE coming up my throat. Sorry Edward to have to go through that trauma. HAHAH. But thankfully I was still awake. Thennnnnn...when I closed the door behind me, I felt puke rushing out..AHH!!

And...I let out an alcoholic burp. HAHAHAH. Felt so much better alr.

Yup, I am really a bad drinker. =P I was so at the brim of getting tipsy, seriously, I felt like the whole world was spinning and my arms felt light. Worst of all, I couldnt rmb where is the bus stop with buses to Yishun. Edward had to ask directions by himself.

Great. So fatigue + alcohol = madness.

This is Valerie reporting from work.
HAHAHAH. aka, slacking. =/

Okay no, I'm a busy working adult. Lets see what I did today.
  1. Photocopied stuff for Sat's reading prog.
  2. Prepared name tags for Fri's reading prog.
  3. Emailed to remind people about the programmes.
  4. Checked out the number for Marina Sq bowling alley.
  5. And I will check out prices there later.
  6. And I will buy food for Fri at PS later. (Ive been ordered to buy GOOD food.)

See, Im working! Hehehehe. Thomas was really nice to teach me how to use the photocopier just now. =D Mark is really nice too.

Dental appt wasnt fun and swift today. Need to lie on that clinical chair for so long with my mouth opened big enough to stuff my fist in. I have 2 new braces, not on the teeth but BEHIND my teeth. Oh man. Its so uncomfortable; my tongue keeps rubbing onto them. *scratch scratch* and soon, my tongue will be shredded, and I will gargle blood out.

HAHAHA okay no. I am really good at imagining gore.

Okay here's a sweet story I found just now:

There was this girl who wasted alot of wrapping paper on a present. Her Dad scolded her as she was wasting money. Christmas the next day, the girl passed the present to her Dad saying its for him. He felt really guilty and apologised. Then when he unwrapped it, it was an empty box. He got angry again, saying its a waste of money to wrap an empty box and thought that it was a joke. However, with tears in her eyes, she said to her Dad, "I blew kisses into the box and they are meant for you."

AWWW.
What a qianda girl. HAHAH.

!

I promise not to spend any unnecessary money for the rest of the month.
AHHHHH!
Splurging is so sinful and it makes me guilt-striken.
AHHHHH!
BUT I LIKE BUYING NEW STUFF but I DONT WANT TO SPEND MONEY.
AHHHHH!

Byebye all the pay I've earned.

Rules to irritate the darkness.

1. Be super harsh and call her a BITCH.
2. Speak super politely to her till she pukes blood.

Welcome to the 2nd episode of Irritating the Dark.

She called me up today again. "Hello! Who are you???" I was suspecting if she was... I asked her who she was and where was she calling from, since she was the one who called me first. But still, she insisted on asking me who am I. Great. Then giving up, she asked about tuition. ARGH.

I was EXTREMELY nice to her. "Oh I was looking for tuition, but not anymore now" I heard her "TSKKKK!" and I went on in a very very very sweet voice "Ya, so sorry. But still thanks anyway." Hahahahahaa. I wanted to go on but she KUP my phone.

If she calls me again, I'm ready to speak in the accent that she speaks in. Bring it on. Hahahaha. This is quite fun actually.

trees from fairy land.

Dino kite
Dear trying to fly the kite.

Dear looks really cute here. HAHAH!
Bye Sun, Sand and Samuel.

So yesterday was a day spent at East Coast Park with my boyfriend. =) Cycling, kite flying and eating. And so, my ass hurt like *#^$()@ now, thanks to the reckless cycling of Samuel. Hahhaaha. But it was all fun. 2 hours of cycling, its cool that we get to cycle all the way to Changi Beach and all the other side of East Coast. Now, imagine the speed that we were travelling at.

And Kite flying was hilarious. It took Samuel great effort to fly the kite up. But our kite wouldnt fly up high. We used up all the string alr but it still prefered flying up diagonally.

Then Samuel taught me how to throw stones into the sea such that the stone will bounce off the surface and make multiple ripples. And YEAHH! I managed to do it. =D I'm the pro. Hahahaha. And the maximum number of stones I can hold with one hand is 25. =/ Okay, Samuel was a brilliant teacher.

Oh and if you see black rocks on the sand, dont pick them up, they are actually covered in terrible black oil that is damn difficult to wash out.
Yup, it was a great day well spent on a getaway. =)))
Now, I'm suffering from muscle aches. Hahahaha. See I exercised!
